Relationship Issue...?

Alright...This is an issue that has been bothering me for a long time...I know that its a typical problem that people have but I thought I would put it out there and see if I get different answers than other people get...I got a friend, and we have been friends for about 3 years...We have been through a lot of fights as friends but now we talk all the time and have gotten past everything and talk usually everyday. We have this thing where we call eachother 'Bros'. That Im her Bro and shes mine..This is all fine with me, but I'm currently in the Air Force and when I went home to visit...she was overly happy to see me, like attached to me at the hip for 2 weeks. She tends to fall for guys and they hurt her and Im the one that she comes to and I take care of her when she needs it. Well I have developed a strong strong liking for this girl...and I'm really at a loss of what I should do and if any of you have any idea of what I should do...and please don't just tell me to tell her how I feel...=p

(Sorry such a long thing to read...)

She obviously feels a close bond to you and some of the greatest relationships have developed out of friendships. You should really be honest about how you feel with her. Or you could ask her out on a date. Make sure you say the words date, and take her out for a nice dinner. It's very cliche, but this way she'll understand that you have feelings for her. Then during the date, you can explain your developing feelings and how you would like to try out dating. She may be all for it, or she might reject you. If she rejects you, it shouldn't ruin the friendship. It may be awkward for a bit, but you'll find your ways back to being friends again.
