No I don't think it's bad but it depends what you mean by 'cracking'. If you mean you bend the joint and you get a little popping sound without too much pain, then it's probably just trapped air being released from inside the joint, which isn't damaging. If your wrist looks in any way deformed then it could be that you're double jointed or something and you could be doing damage.

if you crack it enough to where you are no longer just popping air bubbles, you can develop arthritis because you will eventually scrape off the layer of cartilage that secretes fluid that allows your joints to move smoothly, making them painful, stiff, and inflamed.
