Silkworms are used for silk coccoons, not for feeding reptiles and amphibians. You're likely needing a source of live mealworms or other type of worms.
Hoffers Tropic Life & Pets on 76th and Good Hope (just north of Good Hope actually, west side of the street) specializes in lizards, turtles, amphibians and such, they can help you out, even hook you up with a local supplier. The guy who runs it is a big fan of snakes, turtles and such. They're nice people over there.
Here's their site with contact info.

Another thing you can try is to google search on 'wildlife rehabbers Milwaukee' and contact them for what they use for feeding small birds and reptiles, there's a canned version that would work, but I don't know the basic manufacturer. They sell to zoos and rehabbers, so the diet is scientifically balanced for all the calcium and protein levels. I heard about it when talking to a rehabber online who fostered meat eating birds like baby woodpeckers.
