    Safe as long as a rogue army's badmash officers like the Dogras-Jats are not able to steal a Jeep of the well disciplined Pak-Army. Allowing badmash dogras to steal a smaller weapon, they are challenged to try to steal a Rifle before day-dreaming about seizing a nuclearbomb.The Asker could have been challenged for violation of Community Guidance Rules for inserting a sensitive question about a respectful neighbor country.
