Isn't it interesting Khalid Sheik Mohamad's trial is in?
New York instead of being held in Washington D.C.? Washington D.C. was just as much a target as New York. If the plane had not gone down in PA, the next target was the Capitol after already hitting the Pentagon. Since the Obama Administration, wants to prove to the world how politically correct his administration is, why not hold the trial in the seat of our government?
Guy, I'll give you that it's in Arlington VA, however the mailing addresses are Washinton DC If I had not mentioned the Obama Administration, would you be in such a dither? The point is why NY , instead of Washington D.C. or even Arlington VA?
In addition it could be just as well be held in PA. Let's just say for the sake of argument that this were to instigate another terrorist event, such as a dirty nuke, aren't you putting too many more people's lives at risk?
PJ, it does not matter whether it was 1 life vs 3,000 lives. That should have no bearing on where the trial is held.
And of course it has something to do with Obama, just because he was in Asia when his Attorney General Holder made the announcement, does not mean his fingerprints are not all over the decision.

This is really grasping at straws.
The Pentagon happens to be located in the state of Virginia, so your whole theory about "the seat of our government" falls flat on its face.
Moreover, they are not guilty of murder in D.C. for the botched Capitol plans. That's attempted murder, not murder. They could also have a trial in Pennsylvania if they wanted, because hundreds of people died there as well.
If they wanted to, they could try and convict him in New York, then turn around and try him again in Virginia. This is because, under Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 18, they must prosecute in the district where "the offense" occurred. They committed offenses in more than one place.
For that matter, if for some reason they didn't get a conviction and death penalty in New York, they could just turn around and have a second trial in Virginia. I'm pretty sure the DOJ knows these facts already.

More people were killed in NYC. Two planes hit in NYC. That is good enough for me.
Generally, trials are held in the jurisdiction that the crime occurred. That is how the law works.
It has nothing to do with Obama. Learn about the judicial system and how it works. Knowledge is power.

Because he plans on "letting him go". Basically the guy will some how "escape" and something else will blow up causing a "false flag" thing and then Obama will start another "war on terror" when in reality he won't do jack because he can't hurt his muslim "brothas"
