I have a friend who is on my volleyball team and is mad at one of the other girls on the team so she says she's not playing next year because of this girl...how do i get her to stay on the team?

well tell hurr if she really loves the sport with all her heart she will do the right think. if she really thinks quitting the sport she loves is the right way to go just because she is mad at someone is the way to go, then she has some serious things to think about. Tell her if she really does love this sport then she wont leave just because of stoopid girl drama. Girl drama will happen all yer life. Jill will be mad at Jane kuz Monica said Jill said mean stuff about Jane that Jill never said. You just have to get over it. alrighty hope i helped yahh sweetie.

Bring both girls together and talk to them. Ask them what the issues are. then deal with them appropriately. Sounds like the girl is being bullied and mistreated. If that is the case you will probably have to discipline the girl in question. If you are not the coach bring it up to the coach. Most of these problems are small. But, if there is something serious going on you want to find out before this girl quits.
