How do i stop being friends with someone?
My friend and I have been really close for like 4 years....now i have new friends and she's really getting on my nerves...how do i tell her we can't be friends anymore?

For one, I commend you for wanting to say something. So many people choose to just walk away and leave a person with no explanation. Most of the times when I have been in a similar situation, like you, I have chosen to give someone a reason.
If I knew you and your situation in the real world, I would probably have a much more specific response for you. But, in general, I would just say that you feel that you've both grown in different directions and that you are no longer comfortable with the relationship and must move on. Chances are she is going to ask you for more detail. if you want to give it, fine. If you don't want to give it, just tell her that you don't want any upset, you just wanted to give her the respect of not walking away without a word. Wish her the best and be as nice as you can without compromising how you feel.

Don't be an *** hole. One day you'll need her and she won't be there because you pushed her away.
