Hello, do you know any software which is working server/client based so can get screenshot of the client , and you can see it from server .

You can use Remote Desktop connection or Remote Assistant. They both come with Windows.
For obvious reasons, you need permission from the client.

You can't see the client from the server, but you can see the server from the client. (The client is the computer you're sitting at, the server is the one you're not sitting at. It has nothing to do with whether Windows Server is installed on one of them, or whether one of them is running some server software.)
Use Remote Desktop Connection, Dameware Mini Remote Control or any VNC software.
