Where can I get a touch?

Just participate in one offer that you would probably have done anyway (like a netflix trial, a blockbuster trial, a free credit report, a discover card, emusic.com, some book clubs, or pick from others) and then get five other people to do the same and they send you a free ipod touch 8gb (or 7 referrals for $350 cash that's $50 dollars/referral). You could pay your friends $15-45 dollar to check it out and still make a profit. Or just post your link on ebay.com like others have. Please use my link so I can get my wife one for Christmas.

I picked the free creditreport.com offer and it worked great (just call an cancel it before the trial is up to avoid a charge). There are offers that also allow instant or same day referral credits (rack up 5 credits fast).

This is legal and legit. It is a way to get advertising done (like how search engines earn their money). This company makes their money because most people only refer 1 or 2 people and then stop there (thus they advertise their companies for free). The company is called Transcendent Innovations (Trainn), they don't have good customer service, but they are just an advertising company (don't try to scam them).

You will be required to use an email address and an address to ship to. You could make a new free email for this offer, but I haven't been spammed once yet. I think that all the offers require a credit card (the one I chose did), you can be safe and use a prepaid credit card, but I didn't. Some of the offers cost a little like ~$10 for a one month subscription at Blockbuster, but if your get a 32gb ipod at ($10) X (6 referrals) that would be only $60 for a 32gb ipod touch (with only $10 being your money). There is a point version to get rewards for an ipod touch too, but the referral system works better and is easier.

try walmart. they are a little cheaper then apple. Ebay, craigslist. But with ebay and craigslist you gotta make sure that it is not broken or anything like that.

Walmart has them on sale.
