tell him how you feel every time you get to be around him. the worse he can do is say that he doesn't feel the same way, but you never know he might feel the same way every time he is around you! and if you do hang out more you will eventually know how he feels about you.
I had the same problem and i told him how i felt and now were working on a relationship!

Hang out more! You should be able to tell eventually if he feels the same as you. Vibes and body language are key!
