Could I be addicted to sex (10 points)?

There's a difference between having a strong libido (sex drive) and sexual addiction. When you have sex, are you doing it with just your partner or are you out seeking sex with strangers? Do you masturbate several times a day? Do you watch porn a lot? Are you using sex to fill a void (no pun intended) in your life rather than just to satisfy your libido? Sex becomes an addiction when we do it compulsively (meaning that we have no control over our urges), dangerously (having sex in unsafe places, having unsafe sex and having sex with unsafe people in unsafe situations), and without regard for the feelings of our partner. If any of these things apply to you, you might be a sex addict..

HOWEVER, because you're butch, you probably have a more "male" type of sex drive. If you tend to date femmes, they might find your sex drive too masculine and so complain that you "like it too much." Straight women often have the same complaint about their husbands/boyfriends The fact that you "get horny randomly" really does sound like a male thing...i get hard for no good reason like 5 or 6 times a day...much more when i was younger ;) Also, the fact that you "never beg for it" indicates that you're not willing to trade your self-respect for sex, which means that you're probably NOT addicted to sex. I think you should tell your girlfriends that you just have a strong sex drive...Also, it's possible that you may not be connecting emotionally with your girlfriends: i know that women "tend" to get off more easily and enjoy sex more when there's a deep emotional component to it: again, many straight women have the same complaint about their husbands/boyfriends. Maybe you need a partner with an equally strong sex drive ;)

Hmm, I think that you are addicted to sex if you really love it that much. I know for a fact that when I am with my bf lol we cant stop going at it either. It may either be your addicted to sex or you just have so much passion for her that every time your with her you are just like OMG so horny!

But addiction is that u sometimes need it a littlemore often than the rest... And is not just love is that u think u need to lol....

It does sound like you are addicted beyond your control. It does happen and you can't help it. I don't know what type of medical person you could talk with for help.Is there such a thing as a sexologist?
