Can I play Band Hero with Rock Band Instruments? (Wii)?

I have Rock Band for the Wii and I have the instruments and everything. I'm liking the songs on Band Hero and thought maybe if Rock Band instruments are compatible with Band Hero then I can buy the game without buying a whole new set of instruments.

I tried googling this but that didn't really help me. So anyone who has it or knows the answer please let me know.

    confident, you could play band hero, lego rock band, and the different rock bands with an identical gadgets. in spite of the undeniable fact that, band hero has gotten a ton extra advantageous comments than lego rock band so I recommend that while you're going at first the full "hero" music interest craze, which you get band hero.

    no sorry u cant,rockband instruments are 4 rb 1and2 and band hero only use's guitarhero instruments sorry
