Is it true that composite bats are going to be banned?

I am a freshman who is about to get a stealth speed but if I can't use it I wontget one. If this is true can you tell why and recommend a really good one piece Easton -3 bat

thanks

they are being banned because people have been "rolling" composite bats which is a process that breaks the inside of the bat which increases the trampoline effect of the ball off of the bat.

i sure as hell hope not, i bought a new demarini cf 4 to celebrate a spot on varsity for my freshman season, it's a great bat, i think the whole composite being banned thing is a load of crap, i would go for the demarini like i said before, it's a great bat, it feels light and it doesn't make the annoying as hell *ping* that aluminum bats make.

I hope so. Anything other than wood for bats is an abomination to baseball.

Your probably better off asking your coach than yahoo answers since the rule could vary.
