I need advice on how to get my erection to go down (two questions)?

i believe that you are in a serious need of breathing exercises. if anything you should focus on something else say ice cold water. consider if you are emotionally attracted to this girl. would you consider a relationship that is not physical? if you are not looking for sex then why are you allowing this situation to get to you?

as a christian it is hard to keep up with the "thou shall not commit adultery" commandment (sex before marriage[fornication] is adultery). it is written in the bible that even thinking about committing the act is sinning. i would like to know if you believe that it is wrong or if you are just following this commandment because it is part of a check list.

in your mind, you are in charge you can change whatever it is that you are thinking about. focus on the class, on the lecture, on the fact that if you fail then you may not have a good GPA, and hey here is a crazy idea why not ask her not to do that to you anymore. i mean you do not want to be viewed as a piece of meat, right? and you are also not viewing her as one either, right?

i would try that whole pinching of the PC muscle the guy was talking about... although i don't have a penis i think it would kill the erection. good luck

I suggest three things:

1) Wear your pickle out with some private time alone in the shower. If he's too tired to fly across the room, then you have nothing to worry about.

2) The muscle you squeeze to stop peeing is a valuable resource in such a situation. First learn how to use that muscle (PC MUSCLE) when peeing.. simply stand at the urinal and try to stop halfway through. You'll discover how hard this is. That's your PC muscle.

Try this, next time you are "excited" simply squeeze and hold this muscle until the erection passes. It'll pass soon because squeezing this muscle seems to make the noodle go limp. The problem is that it's really hard to keep this muscle squeezed for more then 5 seconds. Just do it, and your erection will fade (it might take a minute, but it'll work.)

3) Growing up and maturing is about making decisions for yourself. Don't blindly become a clone of your parents and their belief systems. Learn about "God" and "religion" on your own terms by asking your own questions. Don't simply think sex is "wrong" because its in a book some old dude wrote 2000 years ago, in a time when the government was using religion to control the masses.

Make your life long decisions about "right and wrong" based on how YOU feel, think, question, and agree. Don't be a blind puppet.

It took me a few years of growing up, but eventually I came to realize that a loving God would have no real place for "rules about marriage." This is a man-made and misguided. I doubt that "God" would have such silly human emotions as guilt, fear, anger, hatred, and judgment.

Tbh, i dont want to turn this on a whole topic of religion, but you both obviously like each other, so i think you have 3 choices:

The first is quite harsh, but stop being a Christian?

The second is the possibility that the meaning behind the words has changed...some things arent able to be used nowadays that could have been when the Bible was written. Although this is not one of those things, times most definatly have changed, maybe you could see it as not being a sin in you do have sex with her?

The third is, get with her, but just dont have sex yet?

I know what u mean, and it's so hard... But u get used to it eventually... There's nothing u can do about it though.
