You feel suicidal cause you've got a reason for that, things not going well as you might desire or even worth, you need to find out, what caused that feeling. Cause only you yourself know the answer to this question,Once you discover the problem-act contrary to it. Make a goal to change it-whatever it takes, and from being suicidal you will get excited, you'll see, because you'll have an answer to your problem,as before you felt as being in the pit without help or hope. I was myself in the same pit without help or hope. But the only way to come out of that pit is to deal with THAT whatever it is that stands on your way. So I wish you all the best, and remember THE BEST IS JET TO COME!!! You Are a WINNER,and you are the one who makes final decision, and not somebody else. Good Luck!

Feeling suicidal is the worst kind of depressive symptom and there is no other thing you can do except admit your self into the ER or go to your psychiatrist to get rid of it. Every time I get to that point ,I drive my self to the ER. and in a couple of days those feelings are gone. I have Major depression and work closely with my doctor. Your life can be so much better without these thoughts. Just be patient. This is not your will to be suicidal. It is a problem with the brain and can be fixed. Go now and at least you will be doing something about it and can feel good about what you are doing. Then, let them fix it.

i have been there trust me i am 55 and have been suicidal my whole life.i tried it when i was 16.about 3 years ago i read an article about suicide saying that if you kill yourself you have not learned your lesson here on earth you will have to come back to earth.that was enough to scare me straight.i don't want to come back here.i don't know if you believe in the afterlife i do so it worked for me.also two of my friends committed suicide both beautiful women one by hanging herself in her garage ,her 16 year old son found her and my other friend shot herself in the chest with a shotgun her son also found her he was 19 at the time.very devastating for the family .one of these happened 16 years ago and the other 10 years ago .i will never forget them and it impacted me very much .when i think of them i start to cry and i even dream about one of them just the other night.don't do it ,it's not worth it.counseling could help it will take a special person don't give up.

Addressing the underlying issues is the only way to do this right. Many times depression is just a simple chemical imbalance that can be fixed with the right SSRI (anti-depressant). There is no need to suffer with unhappy thoughts. there are simple treatments available. Start with a doctor's appointment. It;'s easier than you think to feel better.

    Get busy.

    And keep busy.

    Very important to keep occupied.

There is a great programme on the web called Stumbleupon

and it will keep sending you interesting and enjoyable, and

informative, web pages to read for as long as you keep

    pressing the button.

I find it a great way to relax, and I learn a huge amount about

different hobbies and subjects as well.

    Best of luck.

Honestly? I dont think there is one. I havent found it anyway.

All we can do is push forward through the crap that is life, with the hope that one day we'll have found our happiness, and can look back and thank god that we held on for so long.

Good luck, you're not alone buddy.

    1. Fixate on someone, or something you love.

    2. Go to A&E If in immediate danger of acting on these feelings.

    3. Medication, and, or talking therapy .

    4. Talk to someone about it, suicide hotlines, friends, family, doctor.

I hope that's helpful. Hope you feel better soon x

This may not seem obvious, but I want you to hit yourself really hard in the face. If it hurts and you don't like it, then you shouldn't commit suicide.

try to get to the root of what is causing the feeling, (if something is) then tackle that head on, get a feeling of accomplishment, if its feeling which is not caused by something specific i would suggest maybe trying to focus on the positives in your life and maybe see a doctor or councilor, although the thought of speaking to a councilor can seem daunting, its worth baring in mind that that is what they are employed to deal with,

    hope it helps.
