Karo Parisyan not fighting this Saturday?

Dana White just posted this on Twitter. "Karo Parisyan has ****** over the UFC, the fans and his opponent again!!! He will not be fighting saturday or ever again in the UFC!!"

Anyone know what happened?

Update:

Following this on Twitter makes me a huge dork. DW just posted this. "Pulled out of the fight the day before weigh ins again with a laundry list of excuses!!! Let the press ask karo why! Let him explain."

He couldn't get a license to fight in Nevada... he said he didn't have the money to pay the fine he received last time he was supposed to fight. (He tested positive for 3 different types of painkillers). So, he just was irresponsible and didn't pay his fine. I know he tore his hamstring muscle... but he should have paid the fine. If he had, he would have been able to get his license to fight in the state of Nevada. He did this to himself.

Actually, he was already licensed to fight:

It really just seems like his heart wasn't in it. To his credit, Karo's been fighting since he was 16, and maybe he's burned out, but it really just sounds like he was looking for an excuse to not show up. I'm sure he'll release a statement or do an interview in the coming days and weeks. It's a shame, I was really looking forward to the fight. Karo's never been tapped out, and Hazelett has been tapping guys from weird positions.
