Does Sean Hannity purposely decive the public by using file footage to make his point?

Foxnews pundits continue to use old news footage (Sarah Palin book signing) on NEW stories. Is this done to deceive thier viewers? Is it deliberate misinformation?Is this"Fair and Balanced"reporting

    No! They are really not a news station. They are just an infomercial for the conservative wing of the republican party.

    Fox is not a legitimate news outlet, but their viewers think they are.

    Easy to fool, those viewers....
