WHY ARE MY GUMS DOING THIS?

Okay so today I felt a sore spot right at the meeting point of my first two premolars on the top-left side of my mouth. When I look at it, it looks like there's a canker sore there. Is that even possible? Then about 10 minutes ago, I looked at my mouth in a mirror and saw ANOTHER one, only this time, its on my bottom gums, near the front. It's not touching my teeth at all.

I had one like the first one mentioned come up about 3 weeks ago, but it was gone after, like, a week and a half, maybe? About the normal life span of a canker sore.

But can someone tell me what's going on w/ my mouth, what these are caused from, and how I can make them go away and prevent them?

Well, I think better you have an dentist appointment, because can be too many things :(

Can be lack of vitamins, anemia, dental plaque, harsh brush, stomach problems (some people can have canker because of this), allergy to your toothbrush material (mostly the colored ones), allergy to your toothpaste (mainly if have cinnamon), candida, food allergy/intolerance, stress...lot of things. It's hard to know exactly your problem without know your history. A professional should help more :)

Meanwhile you can take some vitamins (A and C mostly), try change your brush to a softer one, wash with hydrogen peroxide, and change your dental floss to a thin one or waxed one (less gum damage). It's also good reduce caustic and spicy food and acid drinks.
