    Log(base a) P = Log(base b) P can only be true if a = b.

    Let Log(base a) P = k ----> P = a^k

    Similarly P = b^k

    But a^k = b^k can only be true if a = b or possibly a = -b if k is an even integer but logs with negative bases are a minefield.
