If I inject more blood will it raise my blood pressure?

This question has been pondered over the dinner table in regards to my low blood pressure. So if one pumped more blood into my body would it raise my blood pressure?

Update:

I was not looking for serious medical advice!!! How stupid do you think I am? This is just late night question posed over the dinner table....
