I'm not sure how Teletubbies fits into this lol. As much as I like Family Guy, the Simpsons is the best show ever made and Homer is definitely the funniest character ever.

Homer, all the way. Sure he's an idiot, but he's also very sweet and endearing. Peter Griffin is hilarious to be sure but is kinda gross. And the teletubby, come on, he's not even in the same universe as Peter and Homer.
