Model falls down and crawls away?

No, I am not talking about the one where the model falls twice and the newspeople laugh. This one is better than that.

It is one where the model is in heels, having some trouble, and then after she gets off the runway there is a curtain you can see through and she falls behind it and then just crawls away.

I saw it on TV a few years ago, but don't know where, maybe like america's funniest videos or something like that. Can't find it anywhere on the internet, does anyone at least know what I'm talking about? Would be great if you had a link to a video for it...

    I'm pretty sure it was Americas Next Top Model from season 6. I remember they were doing a challenge and they had to walk with really big heels and one of the girls actually twisted her toe while doing it! A few of them fell! I'm not too sure which episode though but I'm sure it was that.
