hahahahahha nooooooo. just go after the girl anyway!!! she has her own thoughts and opinions, and if she likes you back then shell deal with her own brother. but if she doesnt like you back and shes too nice to tell you then maybe shes using her brother to get you to back off. so think back, does she flirt back? or does she give you short unresponsive answers with akward silences?? does she pull away wen you go for a hug or touch her in any way? or does she hug you or touch u? body language says it all.

No, don't kick his butt. If I was her, I would hate you forever if you beat up my brother. Does this girl know about this? If not you should tell her. Otherwise, just ignore him, that will annoy the crap out of him.
