A question about police and 'dangerous' individuals?

This sounds stupid, I know. I don't really believe it, but at the same time, it just might be true.

The rundown: A buddy was telling me about this guy he knows. The guy (not my friend) has been in prison for drug related incidents. He CLAIMS that because he has a certain level of martial arts training that he is listed a 'dangerous' and therefore the police, if they were to come and arrest him, don't have to announce themselves in any way, but can simply kick down the door and tackle/apprehend him.

Any truth to that? Can law enforcement just bust in based on 'martial arts training' or for any other reason? Like I said, it sounds like total BS, but then again, it sounds just dumb enough to be true.

Update:

I know people's fists are 'deadly weapons'. I know the police have to abide by the Constitution.

Under most circumstances, the police will knock on your door (annoucing their presence) even when they have a warrant, right? This guy is claiming that because he is 'dangerous', they will forego the knocking and just charge in, tackle him and restrain him. It sounds like total BS. If he's dangerous, why would they charge in blind? But, if he's dangerous, the element of surprise would be a valuable asset.

Update 2:

That should be "AREN'T deadly weapons" in that last post.

There can be other reasons but they go way way beyond "I have martial arts training and I was in prison".

Even when cops know a guy has been known to resist arrest and shoot at the police they do not just go in. If they need and have the right info the get an arrest warrant and go in.

Years ago guys used to walk around like they were Kung Fu masters and claim that their hands were registered as weapons. No such thing. It is a ego thing from people who have trouble telling their own brains lies.

They can enter his house without a warrant if he is on probation. They can't ignore the constitution because someone has had special training.
