Nope, I don't think so. I once had a friend who swore that it made her lashes fall out, but that might just be her excuse for wearing false lashes every day o_O

But yeah, if you're gentle when you put it on and take it off, it's fine. If you're really worried I think that physicians formual make a good organic mascara xD

Nope. I've been using mascara for at least 6 years and my eye lashes are still long and full.
