Do people in a coma age as fast as a person not in a coma?

Physically or mentally?
I'd say that their body ages faster and doesn't really do as well while they're in a coma. If they're connected to life support, that will keep them alive but it won't make them thrive. Otherwise the body will still get literally no exercise and the nutrition they pump into the body feed it will cover basic needs but again isn't an athlete's diet.
Mentally I'd say it changes the person and the person has to figure out who he/she is when if they ever wake up. Not that somebody would be straight out of the 80's and stuff, but I think they'd have a lot of adjusting to do. But the cases of people being in a coma for years and then waking up are very rare, so I think there's not a lot known about that...
