What is the origin of the surname Oraikat?
I've looked online for information about this, but I can't find anything. I'm not sure if it's Arab, muslim, or something else...

Try Oraiqat. Many times names were changed when a family member moved to another region or country. It might be Arabic, muslim is not a race, but a religion. Not all Arabics are muslim. Some are Jews, which by the way isn't really a race either, but are identified so because they adhere to a certain religious law.
I believe you could narrow it down with a little process of elimination. Such as who do you identify yourself with. Are you white, black, asian, hispanic. Have you done any genealogical research? This would be the first method to being able to track down the kind of info that will reveal the origin of this name.
However don't assume (if your black) that you couldn't be french. Or if your white that you couldn't be a spaniard. Many Spaniards have blonde hair and blue eyes. Just go step by step, fact by fact. There are lots of great resources in the link. I hope I helped.
