is this a strong conclusion?

It takes a certain degree of bravery to broach a topic as controversial as gun control. That being said, i'm not here to assess the topic. I'm here to help you out. Getting into it, then:

While your conclusion is solid as a whole, I get the feeling that all of the pieces are there, but they somehow do not interlock. You have the skeleton of a convincing argument, but I feel it could improve. May I suggest this paragraph (it is essentially the original, with a few minor alterations, use of rhetoric and additions of persuasive language)?

"Although some people may have an issue with civilians purchasing fully automatic weapons, others support the civilians' cause. Having fully automatic weapons will make the US a safer place, compared to the usage of semi-automatic weaponry. I conclude that citizens should have the right to bear fully automatic weapons, due to increasing instances of hate and crime; whereby illegal weaponry reaches the hands of criminals. Allowing citizens to bear fully automatic arms will provide them with extra security in wake of this influx of illegal weapons. Don't get me wrong - i'm not asking you to go out right now and buy an automatic weapon. I'm only stating the facts. We, as American citizens, should be allowed to have fully automatic weaponry."

Ideally, you should use what I have given above as a resource- let it act as a guide when you attempt to improve your original conclusion. As I have said before, the original conclusion is satisfactory- but I feel it could be excellent.
