Yes it can be used as a disinfectant for cuts. The best thing about it is Atleast You can pour the vodka on Your cut and then lick it clean afterwords LOL I wouldn't drink HP though (for those people that think its OK to mix and match Peroxide and Vodka and also Rubbing Alcohol is NOT the same as Drinking Alcohol)
