Download the Windows 7 64bit drivers from the Linksys website.

The program on the Linksys disk is just an semi-automated installation guide. You can install it manually without the need of the disk. Just surf to your routers address and follow the instructions there. Typically this address would be something like, 192.168.1.1 as it is on my Linksys router. If you are unsure of the correct settings to set, either follow the manual, or call your ISP provider and they may be able to help.

You may also see if Linksys has a Windows 7 update.

You don't need the disk, nor any software to use a router. Just plug it up and it should work.

The setup should look something like this, with > designating a cable to/from.

Wall>Modem>Router. The router should have 4 or more ethernet ports on the back of it. If you have a desktop, you'll need to unplug it from the modem and plug it to the router. If anything doesn't work, google is your friend.
