Minus powers in glasses will minimize the eyes, or make them look smaller. Plus powers do the opposite and make the eyes look larger. A power of -7.00 is pretty high, so it will cause some minification of your eyes. You can try having the lenses fit as close to your face as possible (minimize the vertex distance), which will decrease the effect a bit, though your doctor might have to alter the power a little. High index lenses will not affect the apparent size of your eyes, but will make the lenses thinner.

You would do better with High-Index lenses with a smaller frame with the rim all the way around. But your eyes will still look minified.

Lenses for glasses? Not to my knowledge. You could always try contact lenses, they don't magnify your eyes.
