To see a Mac volume while booted to Windows, you have to buy and install MacDrive. You have two other options that are free:
1. Use an external FAT32 drive.
2. Boot to the Mac system. If the Windows partition is FAT32, you can read and write files to it. If the Windows partition is NTFS, you can read files from it, but not write files to it unless you either install "NTFS for Mac" or a combination of "MacFuse" and "NTFS-3G".
