How do we best fight racisim?

Maybe we should consider taking our fight against racism to Obama's ex-church where he attended for 20 years and confront the racially divisive pastor Jeremiah Wright who teaches children to hate. Once we fight racisim there we could go to the inner cities and try to make it a safer place to live for people of all color.

I think starting with ourselves as individuals. I'm black, and I find a lot of blacks to be very sensitive to outside racism but racism within our own race seems to be acceptable. This is the same will all races I believe, but I can only truly speak for mine since I know it first-hand. We must stop blaming others for our own ignorance. Once the double-standard is eliminated then we can look at the outside and work on that aspect of racism. But for now we need to look in the mirror and correct our own faults when it comes to this issue.

I realize the idea of humans all over the world singing, "We Are The World" is a pleasant thought, but is unrealistic.

Humans identify with their own "group" and because of that, racism will always exist in the hearts of some. It is inevitalbe.

It doesn't really exist if the first original people were Adam and Eve, but to answer the question all problems come from misunderstanding, and not knowing the truth.

Give it a rest, Idiots think only white people are racist, that is farther from the truth. I am sick of noise makers like Jackson and a few other racist entities calling others racist when they do not agree with them. Can me a racist to my face and you just open a can of woopa_s, stop crying over things from the past. GET OVER IT.

particular, we could desire to continuously combat racism. sooner or later (as maximum whites are approximately to be sure) your race won't be the biggest % on your society and on that day, you would be the minority. Oh, how they are going to clamor for social justice then... as properly, its only no longer honest, is it? Why could desire to be judged via your race, extremely than your expertise?

    Stop voting or Democrats.

It's STILL they (literally ALL elected Democrats) who continue to fight FOR separate legal classes.

Education. And by education I mean instilling critical thinking skills.

What has proven not to work is to single out your political opponent and cast him as a racist. No one listens to that because it's a cheap and overused tactic.

  • You pretty much already summed it up.

The most racist people are the very ones that proclaim to fight it. Wright, Sharpton, Jackson. They're throwing gasoline on the fire as it dies, trying to revive it. If racism ever dies, they won't have anything else to do.

BY speaking out against the radical right!

They still refuse to even acknowledge the possibility Bush betrayed America while he was president!

For example Bush betrayed his oath of office by ignoring terrorism until we were attacked on 9/11/2001!

For another example consider when Bush said "Saddam is trying to acquire yallow cake uranium from NIger".Even though he had been told that was totally untrue before he gave that speech to Congress. His 2003 State of the Union speech!
