I'm 18 and this guy is always bothering me and he is really mean. i feel like he is trying to be nice but i am not really sure. anyways,my hair is really really long. it is up to my butt.he is always asking my to cut my hair and i want to know why. what should i tell him ?

Maybe he'd find you attractive if you had shorter hair.
I'm not sure.
I'm not trying to be mean I'm just telling you what I think.
But if you feel pretty with your long hair then tell him to butt off.
Just be like, "I like my hair how it is, I don't intend in cutting it."
