How to remove crss.exe and smss.exe processes from task manager?
I have been noticing that these 2 processes are running when i check the task manager....i cannot end these processes.....i have checked google..and found its kinda trojan stuff...how can i remove these pests from the system without formatting the system.
Anyone knows how to remove them and has anyone ever faced such situation.

those are not trojans all the time... they are sometimes trojans that replicate the real crss.exe and smss.exe but not always.. the real ones of them are microsoft system files which are important and should not be deleted.

These are both important things in your computer. You can damage it if messing around with them.
The only processes that should be taken off are programs that are running. I.E Firefox, Internet Explorer, MSN ect. . .
Don't end possesses unless you know what they are.

You can remove using the MalwareBytes:
Download MalwareBytes Anti-malware (FREE)
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php
Run the Windows in Safe Mode (F8) and Perform a Full Scan with MalwareBytes Anti-malware.

1 trace the path of the file
.
2 kill the file in taskmanger
.
3 open explorer folder options> View Tab>ENABLE Show hidden files & ENABLE Show System files

4 locate the file in explorer
.
5 delete the file now.Remember the file shoudent be in use

6 if you cannot delet the file use softwares like Zdelete,filehijacker,Advance uninstalar,Advance task manager,

7 if you have antivirus you can add them to quarantine mannually

for Removing kinda trojan stuff Install the orignal Antivirus and update it
then scan whole system antivirus remove the trojan or repair it .
i suggest an antivirus because when u delete that particuler file i.e. trojen it creat again
