Horses create a lot of smell in residential neighborhoods do you think it should be allowed,(I do)?

I don't.

If there's one thing I can't stand, it's bad smells, and I spend a lot of time making sure my flat and my room are clean and smell nice- and to open my window and smell horse poo would drive me spare and annoy me almost as much as a neighbour playing throbbing bass. In fact, it's probably worse than music- the music wouldn't be constant, but the smell would be.
