I've had both Columbia and The North Face coats/jackets before and personally, I like Columbia better. Yeah, sure, mostly everybody has a North Face jacket and woo it's so cool...blah blah blah

Both way too expensive. I have a North Face jacket, only because I worked Loss Prevention and someone came in and left it on the shelves and stole a brand new one. Haha, I do love it. But won't spend that much money on either.

Columbia Portland, North Face San Francisco. Old North face clothes are very nice, new north face is Very cheaply made. Columbia been riding the middle the whole time.

I've had my columbia coat for 10 years, it is still in great condition. North face, not so much.
