The makeup? Dark brown eyeshadow in your crease and a lighter for your lid. Do the outer corners dark like the crease. A very thin coat of liquid eyeliner on the top and the bottom (optional to create this look) then curl your eye lashes like crazy (or do fake ones, but just curling them would look more like this one) and a couple of coats of mascara on the top and bottom. It would have been helpful if I had a better picture of you, besides your profile picture. But anyways,

-Part your hair down the middle instead of the side

-Dye your hair similar to that color

-Get colored contacts (the color of the girl in the pic's)

-shape your eyebrows the same way

-contour your nose so it looks similar to the girl's

-straighten your hair (really good)

I looked again and saw this was in the makeup section.

-black mascara

-white eyeshadow in the inner corners of the eyes

-black eyeliner (gel would look good)

-dark brown/black eyeshadow on the outside corners of eyes

Keep eyebrows thick, wear dark brown eyeliner on your top and bottom lids, wear black mascara on top and bottom, use a shimmery white eyeshadow and a darker one on your outer creases, wear pink or peach blush, and use a tad bit of lip gloss. Remember to use hair serum to keep that shine.

put a bunch of concealer, skin colored powder, and fake tan all over u, then put on black eyeliner and black mascara, then grow ur hair out and straighten it, then get boob implants, then photoshop yourself lol (sorry that was kind of mean :D) just put some moisturizer on, a little concealer, pink lip gloss, black eyeliner and mascara, straighten ur hair and part it down the middle, then put some blush on :D

put vitamin e on your skin everyday. And take supplements for your hair such as l-lysine.work out regularly, and lightly. purchase expensive makeup and hair products.

when you ask someone a question about how you look, and they dont say "OMG YOU ARE SOO PRETTY" or something, dont trip.

and dont call me ugly when you dont even know what i look like. dumb ***.
