For Remote Viewers only please: what is the nature of intent?

How long does it stay attached to a task? Can someone else effect it? Has there been valid research done on it? Does it disintegrate when too many people use the same target? Or, over time...?

This is a remote viewing question and if you are not familiar with the usage of the vocabulary, it will be difficult to answer. I am not looking for the definition of the word. thank you so much for the consideration.

Update:

Taylor that didn't make sense. Try again. thank you.

    “Stephan Schwartz, Research Associate of Cognitive Sciences Laboratory of the Laboratories for Fundamental Research, is one of the world’s experts on the practical applications of remote viewing and other aspects of extraordinary human functioning.” made the following comment;

    “The power of intent taps into the non-local domain, "that part of us which is outside of space-time, and is everywhere...think of it as the cosmic Internet," he explained.”

    There has been some research on what the working mechanism would be for remote viewing. I kind of like the Quantum Hologram concept. Basically it proposes that everything emits an image of itself on a quantum level. Since the normal laws of physics tend to rebel on the quantum level, it's possible that there is a way to have an awareness of an existence that to us would be "outside of space-time, and is everywhere". It may only be a remote possibility (pardon the pun), but so were many things that turned out to be true.

    If the idea of a quantum-based "cosmic Internet" is wholly or partial valid, it would be much like watching other things for people who "tune in" the quantum emission. It wouldn't matter how many people were tuned in, the target would be unaffected by the sensitivity to it's emissions (somewhat like how a radio broadcast isn't affected by how many radio receivers are tuned in to it). Of course if more than just remote viewing is going on, all bets are off.
