Your windows XP probably came with Open Office. When you open open office:

Click on: File

Then click on: New

Then click on: Business Cards (which is on the bottom of the list of options).

From here you just follow the options there-- you can change size, change font, change the look of it--play with it for a while, until you get a hang of it. and print the one you like.
