What would have been the reaction if George Bush had asked Mothers to go back to school?

You see the adds all the time "Obama asks moms to go back to school".

Edit:Asylum, Obama is not a republican. How are republicans trying to control the lives of women when it's a Democrat were talking about?

Update 2:

I just really wish the reaction would be the same. It seems there is a double standard out there, don't you think George Bush would have been ridiculed for making such a statement, yet Obama seems to be praised?

    Ah, but did Obama really say it? Or is it the ads targeting Moms? There is additional money available in the stimulus package for student loans and scholarships, but it isn't limited to Moms.

    ADDED: I think everybody needs to go back to school. Asylum actually *answered* the question -- it's what people would have said had GB asked mothers to go back to school. And Michael, the asker doesn't seem to know Obama never asked Mom to go back to school, it's just the ads.

    i laugh evey time i see those.

    Penny Lee he is specifically talking about the adds that do target moms and nothing else. No one said Obama said it either, Its just kind of funny when you see something like that
