I have a question about my phone saying non supported battery?

I have a Samsung phone from Verizon. I plugged it in to charge and it said unable to charge non supported battery, see user guide. Well I threw away my user guide so I need some help. Thanks!

    call your server and go into the verizon store! hope that helps!
