You, unfortunately, cannot currently use your PS3 to watch Starz Play from Verizon. This is due to that fact that Verizon Starz Play utilizes proprietary software that can be run in the Windows Operating System only and uses Microsoft Digital Rights Management. So, you will need a Windows Computer with an internet connection and a subscription to Starz Play to watch these movies and the Digital Rights Management ensures that you will be unable to transfer any of these movies to any unsupported devices including your PlayStation. I would suggest connecting your computer to your television, if your TV has a VGA port or your computer has an HDMI port, and then watching the movies on TV. This way you can watch from the comfort of your couch and not hunched over a desk. Sorry that currently there is no way around this issue.
