i live in easten pennsylvania and we haven't gotten too much snow the last couple of years just one or two inches here or there. and the larger snow storms seem to come in late january or febuary. but i know a lot of other parts of pennsylvania get a lot more snow. as far as the temperature it does stay pretty cold. in the 20s or 30s mostly. but occasionaly there are weeks were it will be in the teens.

I'm in Pittsburgh, yeah it usually snows except today it was like 61. It hasn't snowed here yet. December temps are usually 30's-40's, January and Febuary are colder months, sometimes 20's and down, with windchill factors below zero.
