you can do this, open the hood and turn the a/c on and watch the compressor and see if the clicking noise happens when the compressor comes on or not, that will help narrow it down for you, that wil also enable you to listen and look for a belt that might be coming apart and making that noise ,one tiny strand starts coming loose on the belt and it will make a slight ticking noise that can easily be mistaken for a clicking noise on it,this may hep you identify whats causing that too happen, good luck with it.

Usually if you turn off the ac and the noise stops it would suggest that the trouble is with the compressor. Not so likely the v belt causes a clicking sound. Also, if during idling with the hood up you can't hear the noise, but when vehicle moves you do hear it suggests something in common with the moving vehicle like brake parts, tires, u-joints or wheel bearings. Good luck.

The clicking noise could be the ac compressor cycling on and off, it doesn't stay on all the time when your driving with the air on, could be just turning on and off

    EDIT

i think your cars fine, mine makes a clicking noise too when its turning off and on, i think your making something out of nothing and i wouldn't worry about it
