Have you been diagnosed with depression? Please read the rest.?

I am a 68 year old female and realized that I can only clearly remember 1 happy day from my entire life.

The list is way to long for the causes. But if you have had good success with a mood altering drug, I would appreciate hearing which one. A lot of mine is from a very early Hysterectomy and having to be on Premarin for over 31 years. It keeps me from suicide, but I am still NEVER happy.

I would appreciate any constructive input. Thank you so much.

I'm sorry you are feeling depressed. I have been depressed for many years. I have found the combination of medications I am currently taking quite helpful. I take Cymbalta 60 mg, Ritalin to help my energy level and concentration, Seroquel to help my sleep and Clonazepam as needed. I hope you and your doctor will find what works best for you. Good Luck.
