Do you have to have any experience before taking xtreme martial arts or can u just go and learn it?

Gymnastics would probably help you more than a martial art would for XMA. Ultimately it's a fusion though and unless the school you are looking at is a demonstration team only, you'd be learning everything from scratch anyways. Very few places expect you to know anything before being taught.

Just go for it. My advice would be to try a free class first to make sure the facility/gym/dojo is elite and you get along with the instructor/sensi.
