should i go to grad school?

Business grad programs really prefer real-world experience, and employers do, too; it's not necessarily going to be any easier for you to find a job when you get out if you're competing with classmates with more substantial resumes. Besides, if you've got no loans right now, you should really take advantage of the flexibility that offers you. (And 20+ applications is nothing. I think I sent out that many in my first two weeks of searching when I graduated, and that was when the economy was good. Just keep searching and networking.
