Crazy ideas? Believe me, step outside of your hotel in the centre of Amsterdam and it will be crazy enough!
Picture streets which are bustling with people, bars & cafes which are packed out with people celebrating, squares which are packed out at the turn of midnight, fireworks (both organised and ad hoc because at midnight it will go mad with fireworks in streets) and you have a small taster of what to expect
I guess you are going to have to explain what you mean by crazy idea's to get more info from me at least. I would just advise you go with the flow, it will be crazy enough as it is!
