Well first of all, it would depend on your NATURAL hair colour to determine which shades would work for you. Second, You seem to want the opinion of which "Glitterati" to imitate. Why don't you choose your own PERSONAL style that suits who you are, instead of becoming another cubic zirconia lying in the midst of diamonds. When you decide what is right for you and what, exactly you want, then re-post here with those details for some advice that is actually helpful.
